At first sign of illness, shake well, measure your dose, and ingest orally. Continue through the duration of illness to support resilience. Always remember, let all things take their course!

Dosage: Take 5mls 3x/day

Need to know: Contraindicated in patients taking immunosuppressant medication or while on warfarin therapy. Not recommended for individuals with known allergies to mushrooms.
